Start with your territory.
One market, one trade, one flat-fee diagnostic. Add a focused campaign or a managed website when your business needs it.
The starting point: a full read on your service area before you spend a dollar in it.
- Service-area scan across every neighborhood you work
- Ranked neighborhoods with a reason code for each
- Your first Campaign Map, one deployable cell
- Recommended offer angle for the top cluster
- A review call to walk the results
Turn the diagnostic into deployable campaigns, market by market.
- Address list for the neighborhood you pick: owner-occupant flags, permit-on-record and out-of-fit homes flagged with the reason
- Per-home reason codes for honest, specific outreach
- A held-out control group assigned before the drop, so the result can be read
- Planning economics per cell: campaign cost, break-even jobs, contribution scenarios, every assumption shown
- Priced by market size and cadence
Keep the loop running once the first campaign is live.
- Managed review of recorded outcomes for mailed and held-out homes
- A documented reporting window and clear gaps in the job records you supply
- The next neighborhood to test each month
- Cross-Trade Briefing if you run more than one crew
- Cancel anytime; it's a service, not a contract
Growth runs on the served Cook County data record: assessor snapshot 2026-08-15, permit file dated 2026-05-20, hail window 2021-08 to 2026-08. Scores are an ordinal campaign priority, not a probability that any home needs work.

Run your own numbers
What would a campaign contribute in your shop?
The funnel arithmetic matches the TerritoryX campaign engine. The gross-margin and inspection-cost lines are added here so the headline is contribution profit after campaign and inspection costs, not revenue. Every default is an assumption; replace it with your own numbers. Nothing you type is sent or stored.
Campaign Inputs
Funnel Rates: conservative / base / optimistic
Planning estimates from assumed rates, not guaranteed results. Outcomes depend on list quality, offer, creative, timing, and follow-up. Re-fit every assumption from your own first campaign, using both the mailed and the held-out group, before scaling.

Straight answers
What you're actually buying.
Is the X-Ray a subscription?
No. The Territory X-Ray is a one-time diagnostic for your service area. The Campaign Map is quoted per market, and Revenue Command is an optional monthly service you can stop anytime.
What do I walk away with for $1,500–$2,500?
Your neighborhoods ranked with the reasons behind each rank, your first deployable Campaign Map cell, a recommended offer angle, and a review call. Enough to run one real campaign and decide whether the territory is worth more.
Do I get homeowner names and phone numbers?
No. The Campaign Map is a deployable target file (addresses, owner-occupant flags, suppression) for your own direct mail, canvass, or door-knock. We do not sell or distribute homeowner contact data.
What if I work outside Cook County?
Our deepest data is Cook County, Illinois. Elsewhere we work from the parcel, GIS, and ownership layer the county publishes plus the public NOAA hail layer. The X-Ray still runs; the moat just narrows. See the layer-by-layer coverage matrix, or tell us your county and we'll be straight about it.
Are the roof sizes measured?
No. Roof sizes in the served data are provisional estimates from assessor building records, calibrated on 26 measured Cook County roofs, with quality checks still pending. They rank neighborhoods; they are not a takeoff, and every quote still starts with your own inspection.
Can I buy Front Office today?
Not yet. Front Office (inbound intake, estimate-visit scheduling, invoice preparation and follow-through) is a planned service. We are lining up a first pilot contractor, and setup, monthly, and usage pricing will be published only after the pilot has measured what it costs to deliver. You can register pilot interest and tell us which scheduler and invoicing system you use.
Why does the calculator show contribution instead of ROI?
Contribution accounts for your gross margin, inspection visits, and campaign cost. It shows what the campaign could contribute before your fixed overhead. The revenue-only comparison is shown separately with its limitations.
